Natural Beaded Row™ FAQ's
What are Natural Beaded Row™ Hair Extensions?
Natural Beaded Row™ extensions are an exclusive method that was created by Danielle K. White who owns DKW Styling in Laguna, California.
I custom color my clients' hair and the extension hair. This ensures that the extensions blend seamlessly. I then create a "track" using a bead and string technique. Next, we place wefts of hair onto the track and sew the weft of hair in. After all the wefts of hair have been added I cut and blend the extension hair to create a beautiful and natural look!
Do you use human hair?
Yes, I use 100% human Indian Remy hair.
How often do they have to be maintained?
Natural Beaded Row™ Extensions need to be maintained every 6 to 8 weeks depending on hair growth.
Who is a candidate for NBR™?
The ideal candidate has, at a minimum, shoulder length hair. I suggest filling out my client application, found HERE. There, you will be able to upload photos of your hair and give me more information so we can determine if you are a great fit!
How much is the NBR™ Hair Extension Experience?
I am 100% committed to making sure YOU are a GREAT candidate for Natural Beaded Row™ Extensions which guarantees 100% of my clients end up with natural-looking and beautiful extensions when you leave my chair.
Consultation is very important to me. Each consult will be personalized to you and your hair needs so that you walk out the door with the hair of your dreams. Most first time clients can expect to invest $1200 to $2500 depending on the color and length desired. This initial investment covers NBR™ Hair Extensions, seamless color, your cut, and style.
Can I put my hair up in a ponytail while wearing NBR™?
YES! Not only can you wear your hair in a ponytail, you can wear NBR™ Extensions in a top knot and create beautiful versatile styles!
Can I go swimming and do activities with my NBR™ Hair Extensions?
Yes, you can swim and do any and all activities with your hair extensions. It is suggested that you wear a loose braid or ponytail. After swimming you should us a wet brush and leave-in conditioner every time you get out of the water.
How often do I have to get new hair?
I suggest getting new hair every 4-6 months.
